Band founder and bassist BJ had been playing in Toronto with some original rock projects when he realized the need for a really good cover band in the GTA that wouldn’t play your dad’s music. With that in mind, he took several months auditioning musicians with the exact same mindset. ‘Do not settle for mediocrity’ was his motto which resulted in Replica’s current line-up, including musicians handpicked from among the best local bands in the GTA. BJ’s touring experience, musicianship, backing vocals and stage presence are a signature part of the band’s live shows.
|Dave Millar brings several years of experience and vocal expertise to the front man position. He draws his stage presence and stamina from years of touring across North America, Europe and Asia in his previous successful project. The flawless execution of vocal harmonies between BJ and Mills are second to none and are one of the pillars of Replica’s sound.|
